PROCESSING TOOL
Professional Oriental crystalline silicon workshops and machining centers can use manual cutters, electric cutters, glass cutters, infrared bridge cutters, water jets and other professional equipment to cut precise shapes, cuts and holes. Simple jobs can be done on site, but require special attention both during movement and during work.
CNC MACHINING (OFFSITE)
CNC machine tools can perform high-precision operations on Oriental Crystalline Silicon's new materials, including forming around the sink.
WATERJET MACHINING (OFFSITE)
Waterjet can be used for a variety of operations, including cutting, shaping and hole forming, with precisely formed corners and edges and correct final chamfers.
EDGE PROCESSING (OFFSITE)
Automatic machines and specialized tools are required to finish the edges. Various edges should be completed using cutters and chamfering tools. The minimum width of the straight edge is 2 m; the minimum radius of the round edge is 2 mm; and a polishing machine is used for polishing
